Privacy Policy

Operational version for the platform’s current stage.

1. Principle

ElseWE aims to collect only the data necessary to provide, protect, understand and improve its experiences. Browsing data and identifiable personal data are treated as distinct categories and tied to a specific purpose.

2. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies and local storage may be used for functionality, security and preference storage. Non-essential categories such as analytics, personalization and advertising are only enabled after the user makes a choice.

3. Personal data and forms

Identifiable flows such as demo or contact requests may collect name, email, organization and context voluntarily provided. This data is used to respond to the request and operate the corresponding relationship. The public complexity diagnostic does not require a name or email to calculate its result.

4. Organization and person data

Authenticated data belongs to specific access contexts. The architecture separates organizations, people and test environments. Synthetic test data should not feed commercial statistics, benchmarks or production learning.

5. Applicable privacy principles

The architecture follows purpose limitation, necessity, transparency, security, appropriate retention and applicable data-subject rights. Legal bases, retention periods and operating processes will be formalized according to each processing activity and applicable legal requirement.

6. Contact and rights

7. Preferences

You can refuse non-essential technologies on first access and reopen your choices through the Privacy control available on the site.
